Presentation Information
Oral Presentations
Presentation slides should be in a 16:9 widescreen format (landscape). Slides will be loaded directly onto the laptop in the room, latest during the break before your session. We recommend uploading your slides in the morning of the day of your presentation. Bring your slides on a USB. A technician will be on hand to assist with any transfer/loading issues and to help check your presentation. Please note that there are no Mac computers in the presentation room.
A timer will be used on the day to help you keep track of your timings. This will ensure that all speakers are provided with a fair opportunity to present and receive questions. Anyone not finished within the allotted time will be asked to stop their presentation.
If you are unsure when you are presenting, please see the program.
Poster Presentations
Please note, due to the large number of posters, presenters have been asked to stand with their posters during the allocated time listed below:
Odd Numbers: First hour of the poster session
Even Numbers: Second hour of the poster session
Posters can be a maximum of 1m x 1.2m in size (portrait). Velcro will be available at the poster boards. If you require extra, please visit the registration desk.
There are two poster sessions during the LISSSD 2025 Conference. As such, posters can be put up and then removed by the designated times below:
