Registration Desk

REGISTRATION DESK

The registration desk is located on the Boulevard Level, outside the Auditorium and will be attended as follows:

Sunday 1 June 4:00PM - 7:00PM  
Monday 2 June 8:00AM - 7:30PM  
Tuesday 3 June    8:30AM - 1:30PM  5:00pm - 7:30pm
Wednesday 4 June  8:30AM - 5:30PM  
Thursday 5 June 8:30AM - 1:00PM  


CHECK-IN

Upon arrival to LISSSD 2025 please make your way to the registration desk to collect your name badge. Your name badge is your access to all scientific and catered sessions, and has your coach transfer and gala dinner tickets.

Please retain your name badge for the full duration of the conference. Ensure you wear your name badge at all times and if misplaced, please see the staff at the registration desk for a replacement.
