CATERING

Conference catering will be set up in the Boulevard level foyer for the designated breaks. If you have advised us of a dietary requirement, this will be available on the special meals table at the back of the exhibition space.
For dietary requirements at the Welcome Reception, please advise the waitstaff of your requirements. For the gala dinner you will be given a wrist band so the waitstaff can identify you.

DRESS CODE

Business or smart casual attire is suggested during the day
Smart casual is recommended for evening social functions.
Comfortable and weather-appropriate clothing is suggested for the Tuesday afternoon Social Activities.

PARENTS ROOM

If you're travelling with minors and require the use of a parents room, the centre has a dedicated space you can use. It is situated on the ground floor of the Grey Street side of the centre (below LISSSD 2025). The room itself is located down the corridor next to the Concierge desk. Should you need assistance (i.e. a fridge to store milk, supplies, room refresh) please see the centre staff at the Concierge desk.
