I am an Academic Clinical Lecturer at Bristol Medical School, and a Specialty Registrar in Public Health. I have conducted various studies on Streptococcus pyogenes epidemiology in The Gambia, most recently, during my Wellcome Trust Clinical PhD fellowship at London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine at the MRC Unit The Gambia, the SpyCATS longitudinal cohort study. I am a co-investigator on multiple ongoing and future projects on Strep A projects in The Gambia including iSpySchool, part of iSpy-LIFE collaboration, and the SAVAC 2.0 surveillance studies.
