I am a public health professional and researcher with experience in program coordination, implementation research, and health systems strengthening. I serves as a Senior Project Coordinator with the ADUNU Program in Kitgum District, Uganda, where I lead initiatives focused on the early detection and prevention of rheumatic heart disease through school-, facility-, and community-based echocardiography screening. My work emphasizes collaboration with local health facilities, community stakeholders, and partner organizations to improve access to quality care for RHD. I have a strong interest in implementation science, provider satisfaction, and health program evaluation. I am actively involved in research aimed at improving the acceptability, appropriateness, feasibility, and sustainability of RHD screening interventions. My academic interests also include clinical research and epidemiology. I am passionate about advancing evidence-based practices for RHD prevention, capacity building and strategic partnerships that improve health outcomes in underserved communities.
