Evaline Ayaa is a dedicated Rheumatic Heart Disease (RHD) Focal Person with experience in coordinatind RHD Prevention, screening,diagnosis and follow-up services.she works closely with the district health teams, healthcare providers, communities and implementing partners to strengthen the delivery of quality RHD services and improve access to care. In her role she supports the panning and implementation of community, school and facility -base RHD screening activities,coordinates healthcare worker traings and mentorship, strengthens referral and follow-up systems, and promotes the use if quality data for program monitoring and decision making. She is committed to ensure that evidence-based interventions are effectively integrated into routine health services.
